Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ agrees to provide services to the Customer, subject to full compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS). Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline services to any potential customer. Failure to adhere to the stated policies or terms may result in account deactivation. Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ retains the exclusive authority to determine what constitutes a violation of the AUP and reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice.
A change in policy will not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment; both the TOS and AUP are subject to modify at any moment at Gojo’s (ጐጆ) Host™ sole discretion. The client acknowledges that they have been informed of the type of service being provided as well as the initial costs and charges. The client is aware that charges may occasionally fluctuate depending on hardware availability and general market conditions; any changes that will affect the customer’s recurring monthly or annual bill will be disclosed before the bill is actually sent.
There is a limited refund available just for Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™’s hosting services. The hosting service plan itself is covered by the refund; it excludes any additional services like domain registration or SSL certificates. Only the first service of a new client is eligible for a refund, and they must be given within 25 days after account registration. There are no refunds for additional orders. For instance, you will not be entitled for a refund if you have previously had an account with us, canceled it, and then re-registered, or if you have started a second account with us. Your rights under the return policy shall be waived if this agreement is broken. Refunds are not available for services that are stopped or terminated for violating the AUP and TOS. Only legitimate reasons that we are unable to resolve will be eligible for refunds.
If any of these guidelines are broken, Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ has the right to suspend the violating account. Reactivating your customer account will be within your authority as an administrator. You or your client will have 12 hours to address the issue upon the account’s reactivation. Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ reserves the right to terminate the violating account and disable the client profile (we will not disable your administrator profile, only your end client profile) if the incident is not resolved within 12 hours of you reactivating your account or if the same account violates any other rules in the future. No matter what their end user does, the root user will always be protected.
Bills from Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ for every service ten days before the deadline. You are in charge of making arrangements for payment by the deadline. You have ten days before the past due date to notify us if you wish to cancel your service. A 10% (ten percent) late fee will be applied to accounts that are past due after five days. This late fee will be automatically applied to any past-due invoices and cannot be negotiated. Upon an invoice being past due by 20 days, all associated services will be terminated immediately. Overly late arrivals will not be accepted and may lead to the termination of services or the assessment of additional late costs.
In the event that fraud is detected, Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the fraudulent customer. Any information that Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ has regarding the fraudulent account will be reported to the relevant financial institutions as well as the local authorities. If you intentionally abuse servers or violate the TOS or AUP, you could be fined 20,000 Br.
Hardware support for customers’ servers is offered by Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™. If the service is not fully managed, Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ does not provide software support. Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ does not take responsibility for software configuration; it just ensures that software is installed by default when using fully managed hosting. Gojo (ጐጆ) Host™ is not liable for any data loss brought on by incorrect script setting.
